1. When working on fully and partially charged disks, the maintenance equipment and operating equipment should be separated by obvious signs.
2. The secondary windings with current transformers and voltage transformers should have permanent and reliable protective grounding.
3. When working on the secondary circuit of the current transformer in operation, the following safety measures should be taken:
3.1 It is strictly forbidden to disconnect the current loop.
3.2 In order to reliably short-circuit the secondary coil of the current transformer, short-circuit strips and short-circuit wires must be used, and wire winding is prohibited.
