The operator must operate the machine tool according to the operating procedures. When operating the bus machine, the operator shall not wear loose clothes and decorative articles. The cuff and waist circumference shall be tightened to avoid the danger of machine traction and involvement. Please use safety helmets, goggles, safety boots, gloves and other protective articles as required. Smoking and drinking are prohibited. The operation range shall be set on the basis of fully considering the movement of the machine and bus bar. Irrelevant personnel shall not enter the range during operation to avoid danger.
Strict safety education and training shall be carried out for the first operation staff of bus machine. Select staff with comprehensive understanding of the equipment and persons in charge with responsibility qualification to be responsible for all matters of bus machine. The person in charge shall keep the keys of the electric cabinet and toolbox, and regularly check the safety devices of each unit to prevent unnecessary hazards. Supervise the staff to replace and adjust the punching die, bending die and shearing die of the equipment, so as to ensure the accuracy and safety of the equipment. Do a good job in the inspection before the operation of the bus machine, find the potential safety hazards of the equipment in advance, and take correct measures to eliminate the potential hazards after finding them.
