Safe use rules
1. Operators shall be trained before taking up their posts, and irrelevant personnel are strictly prohibited;
2. When the machine is running, put your eyes and hands into the dangerous area;
3. Turn off the power supply when maintaining the equipment and replacing the mold;
4. During the bending operation, the operator shall stand in the middle position, touch the two wings of the busbar gently with both hands, avoid the fingers close to the bending die and worktable, step on the foot switch, move the die to the required angle and take it out after returning;
5. The multi-functional bus bar machine is only applicable to the processing of copper and aluminum bus bars. It is strictly prohibited to process other materials, otherwise it is easy to damage the mold.
Lubrication and maintenance
1. The moving parts of punching, shearing and bending units shall be coated with lubricating oil before shift, once in the morning and once in the afternoon;
2. The worktable and each unit shall be oiled and maintained before work;
3. The punching die needs to be rubbed with lubricating oil every 20 times;
4. The shearing die shall be rubbed with lubricating oil every 20 times;
5. The bending die shall be rubbed with lubricating oil every 50 times.
Equipment use requirements
1. After the bus machine is started, the bus machine shall run empty for 15 minutes in winter and 5 minutes in summer before operation;
2. Check before use: A. whether the stop bolts of punching upper and lower dies are tightened; b. Shear the bolts of the upper and lower formwork without looseness; c. The bending die is firmly installed.
3. Non professionals are not allowed to adjust the travel switch (NC key), otherwise the machine will not work normally.
Replace the hydraulic oil every half a year (or season change)
